Barnes and Noble had the Alan Wake novel! Early! Now I can feel like a ~loser~ Especially since I also got the Assassin's Creed novel. Lololololololololololololololol

GUYS. If the new Assassin's Creed doesn't have offline multi-player, I am going to cut a bitch.

New Vegas is available for pre-order. But only the collector's edition? Which comes with poker chips and an EXTRA poker chip. And cards. The graphic novel is, like, the only part that sounds cool. I was hoping they'd pull a Bioshock and put the soundtrack on an LP.

Starting tomorrow work is trying to kill meeeee. 45 hours is too much. :|

At least it's a gloomy day today? So I can see the TV and play some Tri or something. XD Since my allergy medication was giving me anxiety I couldn't deal with Lagiacrus being anywhere on the map. Since I have some sort of bizarre fear of sea monsters with electricity attacks (see: Shadow of the Colossus and the Hydrus fight.)

Swap partner assssigned :3 :3
I've got lots of ideas to send but I'm kind of at a loss on the video-game portion since the only games they mentioned were Assassin's Creed and The Neverhood. NEVERHOOD IS AWESOME, GRANTED. So maybe, like a stuffed Klayman? IDK. I don't even know which Assassin's Creed, and they said they only played it once (?). I might have to default onto some Mario stuff. ~Everyone loves Mario stuff.~ Right?

Music!

Banda De Boca -- Samba da Bahia
This is an incredibly cute song from Brazil. :3 It's really light and happy, without being exactly "upbeat." IDK, Brazil has a lot of incredible music. Elise received a CD of Brazilian pop in a swap once, and I've been fairly hooked since. Michiko to Hatchin didn't help. Then I went a big world music downloading spree and only, like, Brazil and Romania have remained in my iTunes. Romania's mostly because they're funny.

Machinarium OST -- Mr. Handagote
I don't think I can pimp this game enough. It's beautiful on every level, and the soundtrack is a major element of that. Even tracks that are intended as ambient noise have a fabulous depth and maintain this very mechanical sound with leaving behind an organic sense. IF THAT MADE ANY SENSE. THIS MY FAVORITE FROM TRACK OF SOUND, DERP.

Assassin's Creed II OST -- Ezio's Family
I wonder sometimes if "GOOD SOUNDTRACK" is all that I need to convince me that something is the best thing ever. I mean, like, .hack//Roots? I still suspect that I love it/Ovan based on "Dwindled Bible" being the best song ever composed ever. Similarly, I suspect that the soundtrack to AC2 paired with Ezio's Italian sexiness is a major part of my current obsession with it. This theme is a major part of my obsession with the soundtrack, at least.

BONUS HILARIOUS ROMANIAN SONG:
So, like, everything from this collection sounds like it'd play in a gay club. It's also all in English, which is pretty baffling. IDK who made the collection, but we usually pretend that ALL Romania music is like this.

AND I'VE DECIDED TO LEARN ITALIAN THANKS TO ASSASSIN'S CREED. IT'S JUST TO DAMN PRETTY LISTENING TO IT SO MUCH.
